While we wait for the 1st of February when the 55 competitors invited to the 90th anniversary 24 Hours of Le Mans revealed, here is a look back to 2012 when the winners Marcel Fässler, André Lotterer and Benoît Tréluyer put their handprints on a mould for the commemorative plaque which will be opened in their presence the following June in the city centre of Le Mans.
For the second consecutive year, the trio of Fässler-Lotterer-Tréluyer won from pole position. At the wheel of the Audi e-tron quattro R18, they also scored the first victory of a hybrid prototype in La Sarthe. For more video clips go to www.lemans-tv.com.
